Estos profesionales est\u00e1n de acuerdo con Victor Frankl en algo muy importante: <em>la actitud es una elecci\u00f3n personal.<\/em>\u00a0De este modo, trabajan para que la actitud que el cliente o paciente tome ante las dificultades sea la m\u00e1s saludable posible.<\/p><p>Victor Frankl fue un psiquiatra austriaco de origen jud\u00edo que sobrevivi\u00f3 durante tres a\u00f1os en campos de concentraci\u00f3n como Auschwitz o Dachau. En otras palabras, es el arte de hacer reflexionar a una persona a trav\u00e9s de preguntas para que pueda tomar la decisi\u00f3n que considere m\u00e1s adecuada para \u00e9l y en definitiva, para su salud.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">El objetivo del counselling es maximizar el nivel de competencia del paciente al m\u00ednimo coste emocional posible.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Para ello, el terapeuta partir\u00e1 de tres actitudes b\u00e1sicas: la acogida, la presencia y la compasi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de una serie de habilidades fundamentales.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Estas habilidades son las sostiene el counselling. Se trata de que el profesional realice preguntas abiertas y focalizadas que ayuden a reflexionar y a tomar decisiones satisfactorias.<\/li><li>Dialogar.<\/li><\/ul><p>Una vez completados estos cuatro pasos, pasaremos al modelo de soluci\u00f3n de problemas en Counselling, que es imprescindible y \u00fatil\u00a0 para ayudar a tomar decisiones a los pacientes,\u00a0 este modelo consta de varias herramientas,\u00a0 entre las que destacamos; orientaci\u00f3n hacia el problema, definir el problema de un modo espec\u00edfico, buscar alternativas,\u00a0 balance de pros y contras de cada opci\u00f3n planteada en el brainstorming, elegir la opci\u00f3n que finalmente se considere m\u00e1s adecuada, actuar, llevar a cabo un plan por etapas, estas etapas deben ser f\u00e1ciles y realizables para que no se produzca el abandono; y por \u00faltimo la reevaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Una vez desarrollado el plan lo que conseguiremos es que el paciente se movilice para el cambio y que \u00e9ste perdure en el tiempo, consultando siempre al mismo qu\u00e9 le preocupa y c\u00f3mo le ayudar\u00eda el profesional tomar las riendas absolutamente de todo.<\/p><p>As\u00ed, en definitiva,
